The residential building at 4 Sprzeczna Street in the Praga-Północ district of Warsaw was built entirely from prefabricated construction elements and was completed in just four months. Modern materials and technologies were used for the design. Sprzeczna 4 has received several awards, including the Warsaw Mayor’s Architecture Prize in the category ‘Best Building’ and first prize in the 21st ‘Polski Cement w Architekturze’ competition. The building was put As some prefabricated elements required colour correction, KEIM Concretal-Lasur was used for colour matching.
