Czech National Museum Prague

The National Museum in Prague is one of the most important Czech museum institutions and buildings in Prague. Built between 1885 and 1891, the neo-Renaissance building underwent a complete renovation. For more than two years, KEIM’s technical experts applied a wide range of samples to reference surfaces, coordinated colours, opacity and appearance, tested processes and compositions, and also checked the winter resistance of the materials, among other things. The historic facade of the National Museum has been restored to its former glory and now once again adorns Prague’s Wenceslas Square.
