Andreas Quartier Düsseldorf

In the centre of Düsseldorf’s old town, a new quarter has been created around the former district and regional court: the Andreas Quartier. It was built on an 18,000 square metre site and comprises flats, offices, restaurants and a hotel. The starting point for the Andreas Quartier is the neo-baroque listed former court building with a large columned portico at the main entrance. Behind the historic building, which is part of the neighbourhood, the newly built residential and living quarter is grouped around two inner courtyards.
