Luxury Villa Resort at Laem Mae Phim, Rayong

This luxury villa resort spans over 14,000 square meters and is located in the heart of Laem Mae Phim Beach, Rayong Province. The project presented a significant technical challenge due to the high humidity and salt-laden sea air, both of which directly affect the durability and long-term aesthetics of exterior building surfaces.

KEIM Thailand was entrusted to deliver a systematic and professional solution. The process began with the complete removal of the existing skim coat and low-durability acrylic paint. The surfaces were then rendered with KEIM Turado, a mineral-based plaster renowned for its exceptional moisture permeability and natural texture—perfectly complementing the coastal architectural context.

To enhance long-term protection, the surfaces were finished with two coats of KEIM Soldalit, providing superior resistance to salt alkalinity while maintaining natural breathability. This mineral paint system ensures outstanding color stability, long-lasting performance, and a naturally elegant appearance. In addition, it is completely VOC-free and offers the highest level of safety for residents and guests.

The result is a resort that not only stands out for its architectural beauty, but also delivers a serene, safe, and private atmosphere—allowing guests to relax as if they were staying in their own second home.
