Near the Nervión River, in the northwest of Bilbao, you will find Livensa Living Studios, a student residence completed in 2021 with modern studio flats. In one wing of the building, studio flats can also be rented for short stays in Bilbao. Because of its proximity to the universities, but also because of its good location between the old town and the Bilbao Exhibition Center "BEC", the location of Livensa Living Studios is ideal for students, for city travellers and trade fair visitors. Colour played a central role in the design of the facade of this building complex. With KEIM Concretal-W, as the ideal coating for the prefabricated concrete parts of this facade, a coating was chosen with which the colour design could also be optimally implemented. A total of 11 harmonising colours from the KEIM Exclusive colour chart adorn the facades of the various building components. The mineral matt character of the concrete substrate is perfectly preserved by the mineral colours. And the pigments used are also exclusively mineral, guaranteeing colour stability for many, many years.
