In collaboration with BLOX Architecture, the modern residential project KAIMI was built in Tirana, near the Ali Demi district and in the immediate neighbourhood of Mangalem 21. The residential complex comprises six buildings with numerous small and large apartments tailored to the needs of families of different sizes. The colourful facade design in blue, red, yellow, green and orange gives the quarter a modern and appealing look. A special design element is the repetition of the facade colours in the window embrasures, creating a harmonious overall appearance. KEIM Stucasol was chosen because of its high UV resistance, which ensures long-lasting colour brilliance and weather resistance. The interplay of modern architecture and vibrant colours gives the neighbourhood an appealing look and creates a liveable residential environment.
